Correspondence

We pride ourselves on great communication between home and school at Chilton Academy. 

We communicate with our families in a number of ways:

1) CLASS DOJO - This is an app where we post photos of the children engaged in learning and share reminders about upcoming events. You can also message your child's class teacher if you have any questions or queries. When your child joins Chilton Academy we will support you to access Class Dojo. 

2) PARENTPAY - This app is used to pay for lunch money, breakfast or after school club, visits and trips or any money for discos etc organised by the Friends of Chilton Academy. You can pre-book your child's lunch using ParentPay too (or let them choose themselves in class each morning).

3) TEXT SERVICE - Texts will be sent from our school office for a number of reasons including: if your child is absent from school, to remind you to look out for important letters coming home or to remind parents of appointments. 

4) PHONECALLS/EMAILS - If your child is injured at school you will either receive a phone call, or receive a text message via our Medical Tracker app. 

5) FACEBOOK - Our new Facebook page will keep our families up to date with all the exciting things happening at Chilton Academy.
